Heading Out
Lava Baby
AHHHH lava hot springs, is there anything more relaxing. We had got an all day pass to the hot springs and the indoor pool. We started at the indoor pool, they had a rock wall and diving boards. Erin gets a 100 points for her attempted bumb dive. When we were done there, we went to the relaxing hot springs and chilled for a bit.
Island Park
We stayed up in island park at our aunts cabin. It was really muddy, snowy, and beautiful. It was nice to have a nice kitchen cook really good food and then eat it. Everyone brought treats such as; rice krispy treats, peanut butter bars, oreo thingys, LOVE COOKIES!!!!!!, etc. We ate way too much thats for sure.
Yellowstone National Park
Yellowstone started out kind of slow; we got to the gate and waited for what seemed like an eternity, in all actuality it was about 10 of 15 minutes. Finally we got through; old faithful here we come. There are a whole lot of Bison in Yellowstone park, but there are a lot by Uncle Lee's house too. Bison are cool, but we were ready for the extreme stuff; lions and tigers and bears oh my. We did see some elk and a rabit; but no bears or moose. The park its self was beautiful, some many trees, rivers, and waterfalls. It was really cool because in the morning when we got there it was cloudy, but in the afternoon it snowed like crazy. So we got to see the park covered in snow.
